When Trudie discovered her building wasn’t up to scratch, she struggled to find an insurer. Instead of turning her away, AXA chose instead to work with Trudie to find solutions.

Founded by migrant women who have worked in the care industry, the Great Care Co-Op is based on a completely different model for the industry. Offering women better compensation with a 5% pension contribution and bringing financial security and ownership of the business.
